Fundraising Director

Base: Stouffville, Ontario Office

Job Summary:

The Fundraising Director will be responsible directly to the Executive Director of EICanada. He or she will be responsible for working alongside churches, foundations and major donors in Canada in order to raise awareness of and funds for EICanada programs and projects.

The successful candidate will be already working in this field for a number of years. If you would like to make a physical and emotional difference around the world, then maybe you could be our new Fundraising Director!

Requirements & Qualifications

Mature, ministering Christian, active in their local church.
Agreement with, and commitment to EIC's mandate and policies.
Successful completion of EIC's cross-cultural training program.
Ability and willingness to raise financial support.
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience with drafting proposals for fundraising projects.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Ability to speak in front of large and small groups.
Proven leadership skills.

*Please note that persons who join our organization in any of our ministry positions raise their own funds in most cases. We provide training and support in personal fundraising.
