Title: Financial & Data Entry Assistant
Program: Canada Summer Jobs 2008
Location: EIC's Stouffville Office
Emmanuel International Canada is seeking an energetic and compassionate student to join our staff team as a Financial & Data Entry Assistant for a ten week full time contract from Monday, June 17th until Friday, August 23th, 2008.
Qualifications:
- Office experience is an asset, but not required.
- Experience working in a multicultural setting would be an asset
- Good Interpersonal Skills is an asset
- Computer knowledge is essential (excel, microsoft office)
- Administrative skills is an asset
- Agreement with, and commitment to EIC's Statement of Faith, mandate and policies.
- The Applicant must be returning to full-time education in September 2008
- Willing to be a team member of the EICanada community
Responsibilities:
- Assists by working in the EICanada Financial Department
- Helps with data entry into new software system.
- Cleans and Manages Mailing List
- Helps with Field Accounts as needed
- Helps with Mailings as needed
- An active participant on the EICanada staff team.
Salary: This job is subject to government funding approval (which is announced in June, 2008), but there is an option that this job can also be funded through Personal Faith Support as an EIC summer worker.
Starting Date: June, 2008
