Job Summary

Support workers with a calling to cross cultural ministry are also invited by OEBB to join the project teams, participate in and support the various project activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Mature, ministering Christian, active in their local church.
At least two years experience in the field of international development.
Agreement with, and commitment to EIC's doctrinal statement, mandate and policies.
Successful completion of EIC's cross cultural training program.
Ability and willingness to raise prayer and financial support.
Good interpersonal skills.
Interests, skills and/or training for the position as appropriate.
A minimum length of service of 14 months (2 months of EIC cross-cultural training and preparation and one year overseas) with longer term commitments recommended.
Previous overseas experience is an asset.
