Press Conference held recently in Markham Ontario to announce the success of PROMISE, a unique consortium of three agencies that have reduced maternal and child mortality rates in their countries of operation in Africa, Ghana, Malawi and Rwanda undertaken with the financial support of the Government of Canada, through Global Affairs Canada. The stories that exemplify the changes were shown in a documentary preview to those in attendance.
