One of my favourite times of the year is Christmas. Growing up in England, our church would put on a Christmas play
every year. Many were involved in this event. Christmas Day was spent with family, going to church in the morning where the children could bring a favourite gift to show (always a source of enjoyment for the whole church), followed by the traditional turkey dinner with trimmings including brussels sprouts - I have yet to find someone who actually enjoyed them! Now that Pam and I live in Canada, the traditions continue with spending time with family and loved ones. We had the special joy last year of having all four of our children and their families home for Christmas. There were 20 of us, including 10 grand-kids around our dining table. This was particularly special as everyone lives far apart, and we will reminisce about it for many years as it may be some time before we are all together again.
Pam and I feel very blessed to live in Canada. As we count our blessings, we pray you will join us in bringing hope to others around the world, changing lives one at a time.
Please review our Christmas gift catalogue for ideas on how you may help. From our family at EICanada to your family, may you make wonderful memories this Christmas.
May God bless you,
